A little outside the city and right nearby the Viale Europa, in a renovated olive oil mil, a two-in-one eatery with a winning and unusual design, the two owners of Momoyama a new trendy hotspot. On the ground floor is the wine bar and the upstairs is the restaurant, but also features seating in a lovely courtyard and the on-premise art gallery. The cuisine is a visitation of what's in season and what the market can offer, with an eye for raw fish like that found in the Japanese kitchen, comes served in thousands of appetizing and outlandish ways.

http://www.cinghialebianco.it/ This lovely, small restaurant in the Oltrarno (not too far from the Ponte Vecchio) offers authentic Tuscan cuisine at fair prices. Absolutely delicious pappa al pomodoro (tomato and bread soup), ribollita (a traditional Tuscan soup made of bread, beans and other greens) and homemade pastas (strozzapreti, pappardelle, taglierini, etc.). Also not to miss are the seasonal dishes made from fresh Porcini mushrooms (grilled or deep-fried) and the dishes that give this restaurant their name: cinghiale, or wild boar. Excellent red or white house wines are available by the half-liter or liter. Reservations are strongly recommended, or come at 6:30p when they open and Massimo will seat you with a smile and his recommendations for the day.

+39 55 47 0101 Have you ever been in a restaurant where you cannot eat what you would like to? No? Well then, try this restaurant. On the door there is a sign "here you can only order the wine" - the rest is decided by the waiter. Every evening the menu changes. It starts with antipasta, then there are three first courses and one second. To finish there are small portions of different desserts. Some of this things which you might eat are: radish and ricotta pizza parcels, tortelli with sausage, stewed rosticciana, Tuscan-style rabbit. The "free" choice of wines and grappa is excellent.
