Given the name of the wise and powerful sovereign of ancient India, the cuisine of this restaurant is based on the tandoori and mughlai tradition. It is made up of starters which are eaten with sweet and spicy sauces, Basmati rice cooked with meat and seasoned with over 20 different spices. Out of the tandoori specialties the spicy chicken or the boneless lamb in spicy sauce are great examples. It is possible to try Indian wines and different varieties of tea. The vibrant sitar music and the rhythm of the tabla will introduce you to the welcoming surroundings of the restaurant. It is in an exotic style and decorated with typical fabrics printed by hand and with Indian objects.

One of the oldest trattorie in Florence, Bibe has belonged to the same family for 150 years. Located in the Galluzzo hills, they offer typical Tuscan cooking with a very good choice of wines.
