Among a wide representation of international restaurants, this is the only Vietnamese restaurant of the city. The cuisine is strongly influenced by French cooking and is more delicate and sophisticated than Chinese food. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. It is less kitsch than most Oriental restaurants (although that is not saying much). We don't know if this is real Vietnamese cuisine but the menu offers the typically spicy flavors of the Asian palate. On the menu there are rolled rice leaves, fried soy cakes, spicy lemon chicken, meat with yellow soy shoots. Tea or oriental beer is served. Review © 2007, Wcities |
