Luxurious penthouse restaurant with panoramic view |

Conde Nast Traveler and Gourmet magazines have recognized Cacharel Restaurant, and the Dallas Morning News and Zagat's have hailed it as a four-star restaurant. This is because the "new French cuisine" here is exquisite. A wide range of entrees, including fish, lamb, quail, duck and chicken, are available on the fixed price menu. Individually priced entrees are also available, including the grilled ostrich omelet, the smoked salmon quesadilla and the lemon-pepper farfalle. To complete your meal, try chef Hans Bergmann's signature dessert, a paper-thin phyllo dough filled with white chocolate mousse and covered with fresh raspberries and sauce. The restaurant's country French-style wood and glass doors, along with the wood flooring and wall trim, add to the romantic ambiance. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Upscale French-American restaurant |
610 Main Street Fort Worth, TX 76102 United States +1 817 332 0100 http://www.theashtonhotel.com/... |
This restaurant is part of the Ashton Hotel near downtown, which opened in the renovated Fort Worth Club. The interior is small and cozy, and the walls gleam with paintings designed for the Fort Worth Club in the 1960s. The chef of Cafe Ashton, Diarmuid Murphy, strives to reach perfection with his upscale French-American cuisine. The menu has something interesting to suit all tastes, and features variations on favorite entrees such as beef tenderloin. Other selections add a new flavour to pork, sea bass and bisque.
