India Grill offers exquisite north Indian cuisine. Indian music plays in the background and the mid-scale elegance is maintained with sturdy tables and padded chairs. The menu offers seasoned foods with strong Asian influence. For a real treat, try the spicy Gosht Mirch Masala Stew. The biting chutney is made from jalapeno, mint, cilantro and onion. A wonderful lunch buffet is available daily with a variety of curry dishes and vegetable pilau. Entrees include the well-seasoned Tandoori Mix Grill, complete with chicken, lamb, shrimp, and grilled peppers and onions. The bar menu offers both Indian and American beer, and a variety of wine coolers.

The lamb specialties, such as lamb vindaloo, are especially good here, and this is one of the few restaurants where vegetarians can sample entrees from a menu section specifically for them. Meanwhile, a daily lunch buffet provides a good opportunity to sample the cuisine. Try the kheer badami, a rice pudding, for dessert. The restaurant's soothing peach decorations lend it a restful ambiance. There also are facilities here for private parties.

The food here is cooked inside extremely hot clay ovens, the traditional Tandoori way of cooking in India. The rotating lunch buffet and dinner menu offers a variety of Tandoori chicken, lamb and fish entrees, as well as vegetables and soups. The chef chooses unique spices from India without overpowering the natural flavor of the food.
