Mexican breakfast is a big hit here and is in demand all day long; try the chorizo sausage and eggs or migas (scrambled eggs, tortilla chips, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and jalapenos). Specialty dinner entrees include the Mexican spaghetti (made from fideo noodles), complete with a rich, spicy sauce of tomatoes, green peppers and pork and the arroz con pollo, a half chicken liberally seasoned with Mexican spices.
