IMPORTANT NOTICE

BY INSERTING THE SCHMAP PICKER (THE “SCHMAP PICKER”) ON YOUR SITE OR BLOG, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE, UNLESS YOU HAVE SPECIFIC WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM SCHMAP ALLOWING NON-STANDARD USAGE (PLEASE CONTACT ERIC RHODES SHOULD YOU WANT TO DISCUSS ANY INTENDED NON-STANDARD USAGE):

CUSTOMIZATION

The Schmap Picker customization tool allows you to change the color, size and style of your Schmap Picker. Advanced users may make certain additional changes manually (pixel width, etc.) but may not otherwise revise or omit any Schmap Picker elements (logo, selector, link), insert additional elements, or select colors that make it difficult for the visitor to read or use the Schmap Picker.

AUTHORIZED USAGE

If your website contains any content that is obscene, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise contrary to law, then you may not place the Schmap Picker on your website. You are only authorized to display the Schmap Picker in a positive manner. The Schmap Picker may not be used to depict Schmap (or its employees, partners or affiliates) in any negative manner. You may not include any content on your website in proximity to the Schmap Picker that implies (i) a partnership or relationship between your website and Schmap or (ii) that the Schmap Player and/or Schmap Guides belong to or were developed by you or any party other than Schmap. Schmap retains the full, unrestricted, and sole discretion to restrict and/or terminate your usage of the Schmap Picker if it feels that your usage of the Schmap Picker does not comply with the above requirements.

SCHMAP WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Your usage and access of the Schmap Picker customization tool (and the Schmap Picker) is additionally subject to the Schmap Website Terms of Use.

MODIFICATIONS

Schmap reserves the right to modify the Schmap Picker Terms of Use. Your continued usage of the Schmap Picker after the effective date of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
