The Lindtner cafe in the beautiful Eppendorf district is traditional with a certain Hanseatic charm. It's not cheap, but a great place for a quiet cup of coffee and a quick read through the daily papers or a chat. The stylish ambiance at Lindtner´s attracts different types of people who like to watch and be watched, and treat themselves to something nice. In summer, you can sit outside and watch the bustle in the shopping street. Apart from a great variety of cakes and gorgeous gateaux, the cafe has several breakfast variations and a large buffet.
