This restaurant tries not to cultivate an image of posh French cuisine. You can get sophisticated plain cooking here at very reasonable prices. The wine list is somewhat poor, a bit expensive and not comparable to a French one, but a visit to this popular place near Gänsemarkt is definitely worth your while. The seats are usually quickly taken, and you can watch the chef at work, preparing such lovely treats as duck, veal or fish, while you anticipate your meal. Review © 2009, Wcities |
