This fitness studio specialises particularly in the strengthening of the muscular system and spine. Before they start working out, customers are advised to have a thorough check up by a sports doctor. Following this, a personal training programme is put together for each client. Located on Winterhude´s market square, the Kieser Training centre is easily reached by public transport. There are no additional courses or facilities such as a sauna; the health-oriented training is designed to support the spine and the potential reward is a life without a back pain.
