The Machwitz on Schanzenstraße is a café and pub at the same time and you can't miss it. Even if it weren't a corner building it would be hard to miss, as there are colourful motifs painted on its exterior walls. You can choose between several breakfasts for one or two people; one of the offers for two includes champagne. The café also has the usual pub snacks and beverages, and you can watch the busy Schanzenviertel street life from here.
