Where can you head to in the early hours, when the clubs and pubs are closed and it's still too early to go home? Quer is the ideal place to stop off for a final beer-an establishment which never seems to sleep. Inevitably, the final beer will probably turn into several, and you will find yourself crawling out when you notice everyone else having breakfast. Thursdays are highly recommended.
