Exquisite Asian cuisine |
Neuer Jungfernstieg 9-14 Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, Hamburg 20354 Germany +49 (0)40 349 4333 http://www.raffles-hvj.de/inde... |
Doc Cheng's restaurant is located by Alster Lake and is highly recommended when it comes to quality Eurasian dishes. The portions are a little small and may not make it a necessity, but the beautiful surroundings invite a walk after dining here. The restaurant's Asian interior is of a high standard, just like at the exclusive hotel next door. The clientele is varied due to the moderate prices. This restaurant at the Vier Jahreszeiten hotel is not a mainstream Eurasian place, but a place where exciting new creations in Asian cooking are made. There is a fine choice of exotic teas, sophisticated wines and nice beers. Review © 2007, Wcities |

The pizzas here are a regular favorite - known to be the 'best in the country', the pastas too are delicious enough for any Italian food lover. The crowd that comes in is generally a pre-theatre one or then locals looking for a quick and light meal. The sassy decor and the general energy filled atmosphere of the eatery is just one of the reasons for its consistent popularity! Review © 2007, Wcities |

Indochina comes to Hamburg! |

Time has come to begin your culinary journey to former Indochina – the current Laos, Kampuchea and Vietnam. At IndoChine, enjoy Vietnamese specialties influenced by French cuisine. In a unique atmosphere and design, the restaurant mixes the culture and food from the former French colony with the modern customs of Europe. While enjoying the view over Hamburg harbor from the terrace, try their famous prawn, duck or spring rolls. Raw food lovers should go for one of their Larb dishes (marinated raw tuna, salmon or beef). The seafood Menu is amazing and won't leave you dissatisfied. Vegetarians will find a great selection of dishes too. If you just want to have a drink on the Terrace, go to the Bar SáVánh that offers special cocktails on Blue Hour during the sunset. For a refreshing adventure, head towards Alpha Noble IceBar in the same building. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Mediterranean food in Hamburg |
Methfesselstraße 44 Hamburg, Hamburg 20257 Germany +49 (0)40 491 4612 |
The Medira is located in a residential area of the popular neighbourhood of Eimsbüttel with its many pubs and street cafés. It offers a choice of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant´s interior has been given a modern design. In the summer months it is also possible to dine on the outside terrace. A look at the menu reveals that there is a large choice of Turkish specialties at Medira´s. They also offer Italian food and meals with a distinctly Arabian touch. Review © 2007, Wcities |
