You won´t leave hungry after dining at Musa´s, a hotel restaurant. Be it classic dishes from the Balkans, delicious Albanian meals or international dishes - everybody will be satisfied here. And this is to be taken literally - if you are still hungry after your meal, you can get a second helping, and this includes steaks and sophisticated fish dishes. Thrifty people should keep an eye on the special bargain menu which is changed every month. In summer there are barbecues on the terrace every Friday and Saturday. Bright and pleasant interior. There are lots of plants in the windows.

Typically Russian food is served here along with a wide range of vodkas and cocktails with very imaginative names such as 'Panzerkreuzer'(Battleship) and 'Kominform' (Cominform)-a good way to forget all your troubles (literally). The friendly staff serve very good, filling Russian fare, mostly potato-based and meat dishes, along with vegetable soups, home-made crisps as starters and filled pancakes for dessert. Bills must be settled in hard currency.

+49 (0)40 46 1201 This popular restaurant is located in the market place in Winterhude and offers specialities from the Balkans. A meal here is a good idea before visiting the Winterhuder Fährhaus or Alma Hoppes Lustspielhaus. The interior decor is not very original, but quite cosy and a friendly service is provided here. That is why some guests have kept coming back for 30 years. In summer, you can also dine outside. The menu offers large choice of well-known popular dishes from the Balkans, which are often served along with a shot or two of ouzo. If you've had one ouzo too many, it might be a good idea to make use of the taxi rank in front of the restaurant.
