This exquisite restaurant is part of the privately maintained Hotel am Holstenwall, near the trade fair complex, and opposite the Museum of Hamburg´s history and the Planten un Blomen park. You do not have to be a hotel guest in order to enjoy a good meal in the restaurant´s stylish ambience within the lively atmosphere of the hotel. The two main house specialities are delicious wild goose and freshly caught trout. The menu also offers a quality choice of dishes from all over the world, as well as exclusive set meals.
