Inner city fitness clubs are a good way to unwind from work stress and prove very popular. This centre's body building courses are particularly well-frequented. In addition to the usual power work-out for potential Schwarzeneggers, there are other, more recently-devised training methods to discover. Customers who want to work on their muscles as part of a group should consider this gym. Courses are run all day long and some of the morning courses take place outside, such as power walking around the Alster. It's an excellent way to get some fresh air and exercise. Due to the lack of space at the Sport Atelier, there can sometimes be a shortage of fresh air. But those able and willing to work out in the mornings will have plenty of space at this beautiful club, looking out onto lake Alster.
