The Tao Chinese restaurant is situated in Hamburg's exclusive New Town and offers a high class and rather expensive cuisine in keeping with its location. The interior is plain and classy and creates a calm and friendly atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are very unobtrusive. The menu is a mixture of traditional Chinese dishes and modern, sometimes original creations, which are very nicely arranged. The seafood mix, king prawns and Chao Tse are recommended.
