A chef who can create such excellent tapas simply must be Spanish. But she isn't. This is very hard to believe, since these scrumptious delicacies taste just like they would in Madrid, Barcelona or Seville. Check out the likes of patatas bravas, Chinese mushrooms, chicken liver and fish balls, best of all accompanied by a glass of vino. For a main course, the roast lamb and fillet of fish are particularly recommended.
