Located in the South Heights area of Houston, this restaurant has been a long-time favorite of many Houstonians. The atmosphere is always hopping, but things get especially rowdy during rodeo season. Reservations are recommended, or get there early to get a table without waiting for hours. Tex-Mex is the specialty of the menu. Fajitas, nachos and all the other favorites are available. Try the cabrito—barbecued goat—if you are in the mood for something different and tasty. Pricing is a little high, but the food is excellent and the atmosphere cannot be beat.
