The original version of this restaurant opened in the old Shamrock Hotel, which was a landmark to most Houstonians. Years later, it is in a different location but still serves up hot fried fish and seafood daily. This is an old school restaurant with many faithful customers. Fried seafood and steaks make up the bulk of the menu. It is not exactly health conscious eating, but most loyal patrons would not want them to change a thing.
