Experience the flavors of Nicaragua at this Montrose-area favorite. Black and red accents with tropical touches give it a dramatic, earthy feel that is welcoming. The infamous Churrasco Steak, prime beef tenderloin basted with garlic-parsley chimichurri, is the specialty of the house and worth many repeat visits. Sample a glass of a Chilean house wine, and expect to spend a reasonable amount for a meal. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
