This hole-in-the-wall diner is always crowded with hungry customers. Expect to stand in line as crowds line up to eat the best cheap breakfast in town. The chicken fried steaks are great and the hash browns fabulous. The folks do not come here for the ambience, but the low-cost food is good. Frank's is open daily for breakfast or lunch.
