The place is completely rustic, right down to the wooden floors inside. A lot of pride is apparent in the Texas-style cooking. The delicious smell of roasting meat is definitely for the carnivorous. Slaw and beans are available if you happen to be a vegetarian, but you might change your diet if you inhale the aroma too long.
