The award-winning chefs are nothing less than serious about their food. But they do it in that Houston way that manages to gracefully combine the formal with the casual. They took a low-slung brick building and flawlessly blended the vintage with the modern in both the space and the food. They built their reputation on an American bistro style menu that includes items from Steak Frite to Braised Duck Legs. Park around back to avoid the valet.
