Started over 25 years ago in a Dallas laundromat, this second-hand bookstore's concept is simple-offer a great product at a great price. The vast majority of items sell for half the publisher's price or less, a price range avid readers simply cannot resist. The shop has certainly come a long way over the years and now boasts six local stores, as well as locations in several other states. To date, the Houston location has recycled over 15 million books in popular categories like children's, mystery, romance and bestsellers. Second-hand music and videos are also a popular draw.
