Five generations of bakers have brought this shop to the superb level it is at today. Untreated flours and grains are used in the bakery's special breads, making it both a health-nut haven and a bread-lover's paradise. It features breads from around the world, including German farmer breads, baguettes and Swedish limpa. The smells are wonderful, and the flavors are delicious.
