Five generations of bakers have built this shop to the superb level it is at today. Untreated flours and grains are used in the special breads, making it both a health-nut and bread-lover's paradise. It features breads from around the world, including German farmer breads, baguettes and Swedish Limpa. The smells are wonderful and the flavors are delicious.
