Despite its less than ritzy, strip center location, this barbecue joint was recommended to delegates attending the 1992 Republican National Convention by Time magazine. If you love good food this is the spot for you. Ribs and brisket are always a hit, but the coarsely ground, beef sausage has also earned a respectable following. Expect to spend a modest $3 to $10 for your meal, and, if you would like to add a touch of class to the experience, sip on a glass of house wine for $3.50. Reservations are not accepted.
