Self-proclaimed as the "finest seafood restaurant" in Texas City, near Galveston, The Reef comes very close to its description. Offering customers a wide variety of seafood in an all-you-can-eat buffet, the restaurant packs in crowds of people. Owners Jerry and Lisa Bulgherini have created a fine catch with a very loyal following. Typically bustling with people during the major dining hours, customers can still relax and enjoy a meal in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Jazz or blues typically plays in the background.
