The decor is rustic cowboy with a collection of right-wing "Texana" (think Rush Limbaugh) lining the walls. The focus is on beef here-primarily thick steaks. Those who are not squeamish are even invited to cut their own steak as thick as they like. Crisp salads and buttery baked potatoes are served alongside your favorite cut.
