While the fish aquarium provides general appeal, the artwork adorning the walls adds just the right touch of elegance. The River Oaks location and friendly atmosphere work to attract an assortment of diners. The menu offers a selection of Szechuan, Hunan, Cantonese and Eurasian specialties. The Genghis Khan beef and spicy string beans are both diner favorites. Menu prices are in a modest range.
