Most subs are served hot, but classic cold subs are also on the menu. The Baymeadows location has large painted murals depicting fire and rescue scenes. Out front, half of a "fireman" is sliding down a makeshift firepole. The rest of the interior is decorated with brick and other firehouse themes.

Breakfast choices include egg dishes, waffles and pancakes. Made-to-order sandwiches on homemade bread, salads and soups comprise the lunch menu, while chicken, steaks, fish and burgers are on for dinner.
