Fusion Point is home to an impressive combination of Far East culinary styles, all presented in one restaurant. As the only sushi bar in St Augustine with over 75 different rolls, entrees draw inspiration from Japan, Vietnam, China, Korea and Thailand, creating a memorable ethnic experience. Main courses include Vegetarian Treat, Sukiyaki pot, Thai-curry chicken, Korean beef stew and tilapia, a white fish in black bean sauce. Among the traditional favorites are pan fried noodles, seafood tempura, stir-fry, fried rice, and lo mein.

Regular seating is available in the front, as well as at the sushi bar. A sushi bar offers 55 items for sushi fans. Guests can choose from traditional beef, pork, chicken and seafood dishes, or those prepared on the large grills, in teriyaki, tempura and yakitori styles. Soup, salad and appetizers are also offered.
