There is nothing like an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, and you might be surprised at how authentic this one is. It follows age-old soda shop protocol: sit at the bar and watch while a counter person makes your sundae or soda. The cheerful establishment also serves banana splits, pies, cookies and other sweets. Malts come highly recommended. Fifties sock-hop music plays in the background and memorabilia decorates the walls.
