Tiki torch lighting and balmy ocean breezes add something magical to the atmosphere. Impeccably dressed and unfailingly friendly servers tend to your every need while you feast on some of the freshest, most delectably seasoned Italian food on the island. The chefs proudly use the hotel's own fresh-grown herbs to flavor the homemade pastas. Tiramisu melts in your mouth. The wine list is arguably the best on the island.

Its location inside the Princeville Resort virtually ensures an elegant dining experience. The interior is enhanced by hand-painted murals and artfully hanging ivy. Persian rugs accent the tile flooring, and lighting is low but warm. Glance out the window and you will see the several cascading waterfalls that gave the restaurant its name.

This pizzeria strives to attain "gourmet" status, and according to its many loyal customers, it succeeds admirably. Both the pizza dough and sauce are freshly made on the premises. Try the spicy red chicken pizza, shrimp cocktail pizza or (a tropical classic) the ham and pineapple. The restaurant hosts a daily happy hour from 3pm-6pm.
