This is a small but popular island company with two locations on Kauai. It specializes in high quality beans, which are roasted in a small facility on Lihue. Neither the bread nor the pizza menus are limited to standard options. Try the Cajun breadsticks or Na Pali bread. As a tribute to its island locale, the pizzeria makes one of the best fish pizzas around (mahi mahi). Salads are available as entrees or as side dishes. Patio dinings is available.
