For a challenging golf game, you must give this resort a try. The executive 18-hole mountain course is 58-par and designed by Robert Jones Trent, Jr. This is the ideal place if you want to improve accuracy. It was literally carved out of the mountains, and there is no artificial landscape. Your only major distraction will be the incredible views of Lake Tahoe. Available at the same location is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It has a pro shop and offers lessons by appointment. Tournaments can also be arranged.

Designed by Robert Muir Graves, this 6,897-yard, par-72 course is conveniently located near Highway 267.

Meander through the towering pines and soak in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Tahoe as you wind through this 9-hole, par-36 course. With more than 3,300 yards and two par fives, this will be a favorite once you tee off.

The golfer enjoys vistas of native wildflowers, which are home to many species of birds and other animal friends. You must be accurate on this course because the fairways are narrow and there are steep slopes that drop to the greens. The front of the course was designed by Roy Williams, and the back nine by Bill Bell Jr. This course is very hilly and requires a keen eye to make it to the green. Watch out for pine trees on this 6,899-yards, par-71 course. Practice facilities include two putting greens, a driving range and sand traps.
