Being on vacation or traveling on business is no excuse for not staying in shape. At this local family recreation center you'll find an eight lane indoor lap pool, a full size gymnasium, indoor basketball and volleyball courts, and all the cardiovascular and fitness machines you will need to get your heart pumping. After the work out, relax in the sauna or take a refreshing shower in the large and spacious locker rooms. If you can't find a baby sitter, don't worry, they offer child-care services. This is a great place for the weary traveler to stay in shape.
