Andiamo means "let's go" in Italian, and indeed, this intimate restaurant at the Las Vegas Hilton is not to be missed! Open since 1987, it is, in the words of Chef Ray Sansota, a "hidden treasure." The food is California-style Italian; fresh ingredients and sauces are high in taste and low in fat. Try the Angel Hair Pasta with Chopped Fresh Tomato Sauce or the Sage-Breaded Veal Chop.
