Winner of the Las Vegas Review-Journal Best of Las Vegas Readers Poll for hotel gourmet rooms, this lovely dining room inside Mandalay Bay features waterfalls and live swans. The room seems very European, but the menu items are American. Try any of the seafood dishes and you won't go wrong, especially with the Saffron Scallops. Beef and chicken dishes are also offered and are served in classic gourmet room style.
