This restaurant, located within the splendid Wynn Las Vegas received the AAA Four Diamond Award of Excellence in 2006. Well, it comes as no surprise since Chef Paul Bartolotta, (who was named Best American Chef-Midwest by the James Beard Foundation) heads the kitchen! The menu keeps changing seasonally, and the seafood is flown in daily from Europe. Though the prices are steep, you won't mind spending a few dollars more to sample world-class fare.
