Located in the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino, Hamada's Asiana serves Japanese cuisine. This includes a menu that combines many high quality sushi rolls with traditional Japanese entrees served in exciting Teppanyaki-style, meaning everything is cooked right at the table. Start things off right with a Gyoza appetizer (ground pork and vegetable wrapped in wanton skin and pan fried). Then try the Hamada Special with broiled salmon, chicken teriyaki, beef, a tuna poki salad, shrimp tempura, an egg roll and a spicy tuna roll. If that's not enough, wash it all down with the Japanese Parfait dessert of sweetened red beans, mixed fruits with Japanese gelatin and your choice of ice cream.
