When casino developer Michael Gaughan relinquished control of the Barbary Coast hotel and casino and decided to focus solely on his newest resort, South Point, he made it a point to relocate his namesake restaurant to his new digs. But that is the only change he was willing to make at the classic gourmet room, one of the last old Vegas dining experiences available. The new room is still warm and charming, the service impeccable, the steaks incredibly tender and the stone crab claws, when in season, are still the biggest, sweetest sea treasures to be found.
