Located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, this eatery is a pleasing departure from what one expects in Las Vegas. The menu focuses on Asian-style noodles, barbecued meat and poultry dishes and Congee (rice porridge). Try the Fried Pot Stickers, then perhaps the Roast Duck and Honey-Glazed Barbecued Pork. The Braised Mandarin Beef Stew with noodles is excellent. Top off your meal with Red Bean Ice. Full bar service is available. The restaurant remains open for lunch and dinner throughout the week.
