While it is not exactly outdoor dining, the ceiling and fountains at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace are reminiscent of a small Italian town. The menu here is classic Italian, with pastas, salads, chicken and beef dishes. There is a full beer and wine selection available. This eatery is very trendy and very popular, so be prepared to wait for a table. However, the waiting area is a lovely promenade in the Forum Shops and a great place to people watch. Dress code is casual-to-business casual.

355 Hughes Center Drive

United States

Part of the popular chain of eateries open nationwide, this Mexican grill offers you the usual fare. Expect steaks, grilled beef, roasted pork and fresh seafood. Enjoy shrimp and scallops in the Yucatan Especial, which is a must-have. The flavoring in the food takes some getting used to, so don't go all out with your order—choose your meal prudently. There are, of course, a number of tequilas and margaritas available too.

Dine in elegance inside the restaurant or sit "outside" near the hotel's indoor stream and enjoy an authentic Italian meal. The restaurant features homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, grilled steak, duck and fish. But you'll have to pry yourself away from their bread steeped in olive oil or you won't even make it to the main course.
