24/7 Cafe

Just Like the Name Sounds
4321 W. Flamingo Rd.
Las Vegas, NV 89103
United States
+1 702 942 7777
http://www.palms.com/eat_drink...
The 24/7 Cafe, located in the Palms Resort & Casino, is available whenever you need a moment's break in Las Vegas. The menu is extensive and serves everything you'd expect from a Vegas restaurant, prime rib, slow cooked spare ribs, burgers, sandwiches, etc., plus there's a whole Chinese menu. Someone out there will undoubtedly stumble by after a long night and decide that Sweet and Sour Pork is exactly what their radioactively drunk body needs. I don't recommend it, but it's nice to know you can try. The 24/7 Cafe offers good food for any meal of the day, is popular among guests and visitors, and the plasma TV's are a nice added touch.

808 is located in the Caesars Palace Hotel Casino and serves dishes of combined Asian and European influences. Signature Hawaiian dishes get the most attention at this acclaimed Vegas restaurant. The Stir-Fried Maine Lobster with Asian vegetables will melt in your mouth, but it'll also burn a hole in your pocket. While this place is pricey, the food is interesting, fun and elegantly prepared. The seafood is especially noteworthy, but the menu offers other options as well. Call for reservations.

This fine Chinese restaurant has a great deal of authentic Asian ambiance, and more than 15 years of popularity. The war wonton soup, full of chicken, pork and vegetables, is an excellent way to start the meal. If salads are more to your liking, try the Khan's Mongolian Lamb, spicy lamb marinated in a sherry wine sauce and served on Chinese mustard greens. Las Vegas has the only master planned Chinatown built on a strip mall. Chinatown Plaza is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Las Vegas and one of the only places that touts a particular ethnicity. The Plaza boasts many Asian arts and crafts shops, gift stores, a bakery, a Chinese herb shop, a jade store and a plant store where you can get a lucky money tree. Signs placed throughout the area contain factual information about Chinese art and history, so it's a good place to learn a few things in passing. The food is the best reason to visit this attraction, though. You may sample Filipino, Korean, Japanese or Vietnamese specialties in addition to the traditional Chinese fare. Come on down and try a cold Taiwanese boba tea, some pho noodle soup or some fresh sushi! - Marilee Ryan

Kona Grill in Las Vegas serves up American dishes with a twist, or make that several twists. The Macadamia Nut Chicken and Kona's Big Island Meatloaf dishes are made with signature sauces and are truly unique treats. In case the menu wasn't already diverse enough, it also features sushi and pizza. Fittingly, the ambiance reflects a combination of Japanese and classic American styling. Whatever your choice of meal, finish things off right with a slice of the Gourmet Turtle Cheesecake with fresh raspberries. See website for details and a full menu.
