ASIA Nightlife Dining in Miracle Mile Shops @ Planet Hollywood combines everything that people flock to Las Vegas for into one venue: decadent food, great and copious drink choices, dancing, and a space to enjoy all these things until the wee hours of the morn. The restaurant area features Asian-inspired food with a European finish, such as the Rock Shrimp with Sichuan Salt or the Braised Beef Short Ribs with Cinnamon and Garlic Puree. The nightclub boasts live DJ's spinning music until 5a and VIP tables like you've never experienced before. And because of the different hours, guests can enjoy a late dinner and then head straight to the nightclub which opens at 11p.

3600 Las Vegas Boulevard South
Bellagio Hotel
Las Vegas, NV 89109
United States

A slightly more upscale Italian restaurant than most Vegas hotels offer, this place is the baby sister to the New York version, Osteria del Circo. The decor is circus-oriented, with bright colors and Italian circus characters throughout. Located "lakeside" at Bellagio, the specialty is Tuscan recipes. The wine list boasts more than 400 selections, and has something for all tastes. Dress code is casual elegance, and while it is not "official," it is best to leave the kids at home.

That is how you'll leave this take-out dessert spot, located in the luxurious Bellagio. Choose from bite-size chocolates, savory crepes, fluffy cakes, sweet cookies, crisp salads, and warm paninis. With sweets in hand, take the opportunity to gaze upon the world's largest chocolate fountain at the entrance to the shop.

Le Burger Brasserie is located in the Paris Las Vegas. This upscale hot spot takes the traditional burger and adds anything and everything under the sun to create some unique and delicious takes on the American classic. An elegant atmosphere, an enormous plasma screen television, and bartenders looking to impress are only the tip of the iceberg. If you're really feeling reckless, try the Kobe Beef and Maine Lobster Burger with caramelized onions, Brie, prosciutto and 100-year aged balsamic vinegar. If that wasn't enough, it also comes with a bottle of Rose Dom Perignon champagne. By the way, it's $777. Enjoy.

Tao epitomizes the decadent excess that is Las Vegas. The restaurant/nightclub is simply stunning, from the cascading waterfalls to the rose petal-filled pools to the 16-foot Buddha statue, the surroundings set a standard that the menu fully lives up to. At Tao your palate is in good hands. The menu features pan-Asian dishes, mixing Hong Kong Chinese, Japanese, and Thai creating an eclectic menu. Try the Alaskan Salmon and Avocado with Yuzu Sesame dressing or the Grilled Rare Yellow-fin Tuna with flash cooked Bean Sprouts and Scallions, which are both memorable dishes. Also, with the nightclub open until 5a, don't forget to leave time to dance the night away!
