European & Asian Fusion |
3570 S. Las Vegas Boulevard Caesars Palace Hotel Casino Las Vegas, NV 89109 United States +1 877 346 4642 http://www.harrahs.com/casinos... |
808 is located in the Caesars Palace Hotel Casino and serves dishes of combined Asian and European influences. Signature Hawaiian dishes get the most attention at this acclaimed Vegas restaurant. The Stir-Fried Maine Lobster with Asian vegetables will melt in your mouth, but it'll also burn a hole in your pocket. While this place is pricey, the food is interesting, fun and elegantly prepared. The seafood is especially noteworthy, but the menu offers other options as well. Call for reservations. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Vegas patrons just can't get enough Asian Fusion. Ah Sin specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine with French culinary flare. You can move from Thai noodles to Chinese Szechuan beef to a Japanese spider roll to a French dessert in a matter of minutes. The availability of indoor and outdoor seating is also a plus, especially in Vegas where it sometimes feels like you can walk from one end of the strip to the other without ever going outside. Ah Sin is located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel. Call for details. Review © 2007, Wcities |

This French restaurant is the sister concern of Alizé and Andre's Original French Restaurant. It is housed in the Monte Carlo Resort Hotel, and is elegant in every sense of the word. Renaissance decor, intimate seating arrangements, and three private dining salons are some of what it has to offer. The menu features such delicacies as Sautéed Muscovy Duck Breast, Oven Roasted Veal Chop, and Imported Whole Dover Sole Sauteed Véronique. The prices, as you may well have noticed, are rather on the higher side, but then the experience dining here is well worth it - you can expect nothing but the very best. Review © 2007, Wcities |

The Cafe Blue Restaurant is where students of Le Courdon Bleu College of Culinary Arts get to perfect their craft. The establishment is also completely student run. Guests who arrive early can get kitchen-side seating and watch the students at work. The school focuses on American, French and Italian cuisine. Because the students take turns at all stations, you will often be seated by the chefs themselves, which means the service is reliable and top-notch. The food is also very reasonably priced considering the high quality. Unfortunately, it's only open select hours and reservations are highly recommended. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Come to the Mansion for fine dining, Las Vegas style. "Chef of the Century" Joël Robuchon came out of retirement for this restaurant, and it was well worth it. From the decadent crystal chandelier to the velvety red lounge, you will hardly find a more romantic place to dine. The dishes themselves are as memorable as they are exceptional. Take Le Thon, a smoked and seared tuna with cauliflower, Nori and green curry, or try La Chataigne, a light cream of chestnuts on top of delicate celeriac custard. The sommelier will assure you nothing less than the most appropriate wine for your dining experience. Don't miss the opportunity to sample food that only comes around once in a hundred years.
