The jewel of India |
4080 Paradise Road Las Vegas, NV 89109 United States +1 702 734 0094 http://www.gandhicuisine.com/ |
The oldest and perhaps the most expensive Indian restaurant in Las Vegas, Gandhi was the winner of the Best of Las Vegas Reader's Poll in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. There are many ways to enjoy dining here. The easiest, for the inexperienced, is the lunch buffet with 18-courses including soup and salad. There are several fixed-price menus, which allow a good sampling, including dessert and beverage. A children's menu is available with less spicy selections. Review © 2009, Wcities |

Considered one of Las Vegas's best Indian restaurants, this place cooks up some of the best in Indian cuisine. The food has a spicy and tangy taste to it with some of the finest herbs and Indian spices used. The buffet served here is worth your every penny. The specials include lamb, chicken and vegetable tandoori, vindalo and kormas. Food here is pretty reasonable, the atmosphere is not exactly top notch but the food makes up for it. Reservations, especially during weekends, are necessary as the place tends to get a bit crowded. Review © 2009, Wcities |

This eatery brings you flavors from various parts of India and mainly specializes in Bengali, Goan and Northern cuisine. Although the decor is more comfort-oriented—the white table-cloths and leather seating do not reflect the Indian theme that runs in the food—your palate can feast on traditional Indian dishes, and some contemporary concoctions. The cellar at Origin India offers reds, whites, sparkling wine, vodkas, whiskeys, cognac, liqueurs, and more. You can also choose to seat yourself outdoors on the patio or at the bar, depending upon your mood. Review © 2009, Wcities |
