Fusia, as its name might suggest, is a restaurant specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine located in the Luxor Hotel & Casino. The walls exhibit an artistic exhibition of texture, ranging from smooth mirror to a water-like ripple. The overall ambiance is bright, inviting, and pleasing to the eye. The menu features such delicacies as Maine Lobster with Sweet Ginger and Scallions and Red Wine Braised Boneless "Australian" Kobe Beef Short Ribs. It's even a mouthful to say. The prices are high, but the dishes are top-notch and the experience shouldn't disappoint. See website for details and a full menu.

Then if one of the many noodle soups doesn't strike your fancy, you might try the Roast Duck and Roast Pork Combo, Seabass Congee, or Singapore Curry Rice Vermicelli with shredded pork, shrimp, egg and bean sprouts. And lastly, the Mango Pudding makes a nice, light dessert. Red 8 also offers a casual, elegant and inviting atmosphere. See website for a full menu. This restaurant is located in the Wynn Las Vegas.
